James Gonzalez, CHE, MPH
President & CEO
James Gonzalez, MPH, FACHE, LNHA is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadway House. He has excelled as a healthcare executive at major medical centers across the tri-state area for more than 30 years. His fields of expertise include hospital operations, post-acute care, behavioral health, community outreach, and quality improvement. Mr. Gonzalez is a graduate of Northeastern University and the School of Public Health at Yale University, where he received his Masters in Public Health in Health Services Administration. At Yale, he was the sole recipient of a full scholarship from the National Institutes of Health. Mr. Gonzalez is active in professional and community organizations. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), he served as Secretary of the Association of Healthcare Executives of New Jersey. He serves as a Board member of the Newark Rotary Club, The Hyacinth Foundation, and Caldwell College. |

Jeanine M. Reilly, BSN, RN-C, LNHA
Executive Director
Ms. Reilly is Executive Director of Broadway House and brings two decades of post-acute healthcare expertise to that role, having served as an administrator and director of nursing services at specialized care facilities across New Jersey. She received her nursing degree from the Mount Vernon School of Nursing and her B.S. in Nursing Administration from Mellen University. A Board member of the National Association for HIV Over Fifty, she testified before Congress in May 2005 about the spread of HIV in older Americans. Ms. Reilly has served as a nursing instructor as well as administer. She was the recipient of the 2004 Professional of the Year award from the New Jersey Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging (NJANPHA). |

Nancy Urff, RN-C, BS, CDONA/LTC
Assistant Executive Director
Nancy Urff, RNC, is Assistant Executive Director at Broadway House for Continuing Care. A specialist in sub-acute facilities, Ms. Urff holds certifications in gerontology and nursing administration in long-term care. She has also served as a nursing instructor. At Broadway House, Ms. Urff has spearheaded a complementary medicine program for the residents. She also developed a Spiritual Directive to supplement residents’ advance directives. A graduate of the Holy Name Hospital School of Nursing, Ms. Urff is active in the American Nurses’ Association the National Association of Directors of Nurses in Administration in Long Term Care (NADONA), and the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (ANAC). Ms. Urff is a certified practitioner of therapeutic acupressure as well as a Legal Nurse Consultant. |
