There is a free way to help raise funds for Broadway House for Continuing Care. Goodsearch is a new search engine that donates half its revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. It is used just like any other search engine and it’s powered by Yahoo, so you get great results. Sign up by going to www.goodsearch.com and enter Broadway House for Continuing Care in the “who do you Goodsearch for” box. You will only have to enter this information the first time you use Goodsearch. Thereafter, each time you need to search the internet use Goodsearch and Broadway House will benefit.
Each year the Foundation of The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey sponsors a Golf Classic to benefit Broadway House for Continuing Care. Proceeds from last year’s event helped upgrade our nursing units and expand our outreach programs. This year’s event will assist us in developing a supportive housing project for our residents who are ready to live independently within the community. This spectacular day of golf and friendship is planned for Monday, June 18, 2007 at the Green Brook Country Club in North Caldwell, NJ.
