 Special Events Broadway House 5K/10K Run & Walk, In Memory of Mark Linskey
Sunday, July 18, 2010 The race will begin at 9:30 AM at the Sussex County Fair Grounds in Augusta, with a fun run for younger children starting at 9:00 AM. Pre-registration is $20.00 per racer for the 5K and $25.00 for the 10K. The race is USATF certified. A donation of $10 for the Fun Run will be accepted on race day. June 22 Broadway House’s 2010 golf outing was a tremendous success. Over twenty thousand dollars was raised to support resident care. A heartfelt thank you to our partner, U.S. Security Associates, Inc, and all our sponsors and golfers. Not only did the participant have a great day of golf, but walked away knowing they made the difference in the lives of our residents. We hope to see everyone again next June when we do it all again. The administrative, clinical and psychosocial support staff of New Jersey’s 372 nursing homes are invited at no cost to attend educational programs presented at Broadway House. We are committed to ongoing staff development within the long term care community. Different topics are scheduled through out the year for various nursing home personnel. The schedule of seminars is continually evolving. Please check back regularly for updated information.
