Under a beautiful blue sky on June 22, 108 golfers teed off at Greenbrook Country Club to help people living with HIV/AIDS. For the second year, Broadway House partnered with our security vendor, U.S. Security Associates, Inc., for this major fundraising event.
We would like to thank our sponsors and golfers for participating. This year we raised over twenty thousand dollar to fund important programs. Often we care for residents who have no funding source. At Broadway House we will never “kick to the curb” someone who needs our help. This fundraiser helps pay for necessary items for which are not covered under traditional funding sources.
“We are most grateful to U.S. Security Associates for the important role they play in making this outing happen” stated Jim Gonzalez, President and CEO of Broadway House. “Without their partnership we wouldn’t be able to run the event. It is wonderful to do business with a company who has a social conscience and is willing to expend resources to helping others”.
In addition to our partner, U.S. Security Associates, sponsorship by the following people and organization helped to make the event a great success: Angelica Linen, Apollo Health Group, BFI, Claremont Construction, EMS, James Golubieski & Linda Schilling, Dr. George Heinrich, Hubco Healthcare Group, Pharmcare, and Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
We look forward to holding this event next year. To view pictures of the event, please click here.
