Innovation of the Year Award

Broadway House for Continuing Care was the recipient of the Innovation of the Year Award 2005 sponsored by the New Jersey Association of Not for Profit Homes for the Aging. The facility's team was recognized for their work in managing pain and providing compassionate end-of -life care for their residents. Treating pain at Broadway House is a priority as well as improving our residents' quality of life. Collaborative team protocols have been developed to identify and manage pain through continual assessment utilizing multiple interventions to effectively treat the body, mind and spirit.
