Broadway House has received the 2015 Embracing Quality Award for exceptional achievement of a Deficiency-Free Survey in meeting Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) standards as required by Providigm. Only 328 nursing centers in the US and Ontario received awards placing Broadway House in an elite group of high performing nursing centers.

Skilled nursing facilities were only eligible to win a 2015 Embracing Quality Award, presented by independent accreditor Providigm, if they achieved standards for QAPI to continuously assess residents’ quality of life. These standards ensure that we are assessing quality against full federal regulation and correcting identified issues.

We are proud to receive this award and to be part of this select group. It clearly demonstrates our organization’s commitment to always improving the quality of care we provide.
